Varun Iyer

I am a Computer Science PhD student at the University of Illinois at Chicago. I am currently researching NLP with Professor Cornelia Caragea. I completed my master’s at Johns Hopkins, where I was involved in NLP research with Professor Benjamin van Durme at the Center for Language and Speech Processing. I also did NLP research during my undergrad at UMass Amherst under the supervision of Professor Andrew McCallum. Additionally, I have done research internships at Amazon Alexa AI and at the University of Southern California.
